By creating an account or playing Fate Deck you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Entertainment Purpose
Fate Deck is a fan-made AI tool for entertainment only. Character matches, vibe percentages and battle results are simulated outputs of our algorithm and must not be treated as psychological, medical or factual assessments.
3. Fair Play
Multiple accounts, scripted automation, exploiting bugs, or any attempt to manipulate matchmaking, leaderboards or rewards will result in suspension and forfeiture of Fate Coins.
4. Fate Coins
Fate Coins are an in-app utility used to play battles and enter contests. They hold no real-world monetary value outside of the official redemption flows we publish inside the app. Coin balances may change at any time as a result of gameplay outcomes or anti-abuse review.
5. Face Scan & Image Data
Selfies you upload for the Face Vibe Scan are processed only to generate your character match and are not sold, shared with advertisers, or retained beyond what is needed to show you your result.
6. Intellectual Property
Character names and likenesses referenced in the game belong to their respective copyright holders. Fate Deck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any film studio, streaming platform or rights holder. No infringement is intended.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
